Sharing Health and Hope in Cameroon Africa (SHAHICA) is a health and education charitable outreach to Cameroon which was started in 2006 following a long desire of Raphia Noumbissi one of the cofounders. Raphia’s wish was to give back to her community where she grew up. SHAHICA began with an outreach to the city of Foumban, her home town. It has since expanded to Mbouda a neighborhood city 2 hours away from Foumban.
