The most moving part of the journey to Cameroon was the "pilgrimage " to the Bimbia Slave Port. It is believed that a third of the enslaved people from present day Cameroon came through Bimbia. Further research tell us 35% of Africans taken to the Americas were from the areas of present day Nigeria and Cameroon.
